Please note that we reserve the right to pre-authorise credit cards on arrival for at least £200. Lead guest accepts liability for damages of up to £5000 caused by them and/ or their visitors. Cards wont be charged provided there are no damages, missing items, or missing keys.

We operate a strict no party, no gathering policy. We have very sensitive neighbours. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without written authorisation, guests will be charged & be asked to leave immediately. Refunds will not be offered.
