Sam Cooper and Jo Davis started operating 5 years ago after identifying a gap in the market for good value, quality, serviced and furnished short-term rental accommodation. Building a portfolio of 10 properties with room of up to 50 people and coming to Warwickshire has provided an important supply of customers.
We recognise the value that local businesses can bring to the project. HS2 Sub contractors, Wessex Archaeology, have been working with Coventry Accommodation Ltd since December 2019, renting half of their properties to house staff working on the HS2 sites.
