The host was very friendly and even left us a 6 pack for our arrival which was very kind. Tea and coffee were also provided. The location was perfect for the Ricoh.
This flat helped us out enormously after another host on here (Kelli) cancelled on us the day before our trip (all the way from the IOM). She's known for this as you can see from the reviews. If you can, choose Sam and avoid the risk.
Our host made us feel very welcome on our arrival, showed us how everything worked and even provided milk, tea, coffee, bread and wine. Thanks for a lovely stay guys. Perfect for what we needed.
